Spain launched it's MH Magazine before the UK on the 26th September 2011. The Magazine was published by Panini España, and the Mattel Company Magazine has a circulation of 50,000. The cover price is €4.95.

France must have launched their magazine around the same time as the UK.

The UK Magazines were published in the UK and internationally by Egmont Publishing Group, a brand new pre-teen title aimed at girls aged 7 to 12. The magazine has a cover price of £2.99 (€3.57) and a print run of 100,000 in the UK. The magazine will be published as a result of a licensing agreement with brand owner Mattel. It is available from all newsagents, larger supermarkets and by subscription.
There was a Premiere Issue released earlier than the magazine came on sale in the UK with "7 DEC 2011 - 10 JAN 2012". It may not actually be called Issue 0, however no official name was released for the Magazine. No futhur issues were released following it. The magazine came with 5 free gifts (cosmetics in a resealable case) and 8 posters. The magazine itself was around 20 pages long, with not much writing in it, but lots of pictures, a few games and quizzes.
