Lux de Nile is a 2017-introduced and doll-only character. He is one of the middle children of the sizeable royal De Nile Family from Egypt, being close in age to Pharrah de Nile.

Background[]
Like his entire family, Lux de Nile is in hiding from human violence somewhere in Egypt. Despite this dark cloud hanging over his life, he enjoys a luxurious royal life and a warm home life.
Appearance[]
Lux is a boy of around eight years old with violet eyes, tan skin, and black hair with violet highlights. Young as he is, he's still fully wrapped up in protective bandaging. Like all De Niles, he's fond of gold accessories and the characteristic cheek jewel the family members each have in his case is a yellow triangle just below his left eye.

Lux is from a large family consisting of five siblings. He and Pharrah are the middle children and could be twins. The baby of the family is Sandy. Pharrah's older and oldest siblings respectively are Cleo and Nefera. The father of the bunch is Ramses de Nile while the mother is not specifically named, but might be Dedyet.

- August 10, 2016: Mattel requests the trademark for Lux de Nile.
- Early August, 2017: Lux de Nile's debut doll is released as part of the Monster Family - Family Fragments series.
Notes[]
- The name "Lux" was trademarked on May 09, 2014 as Lux Ptolemy along with Seth Ptolemy. Seth debuted in 2015 in Generation 1, but nothing was hard of Lux and the trademark was abandoned later that year. Whoever it was supposed to be is unknown, but the name was reused for Generation 2's Lux de Nile.
