Template:Newchar Gooliope Jelington is a 2015-introduced character. She is the Daughter of the Blob. She is part of the Freak Du Chic line and will have a main role in the series of webisodes. Gooliope was left as a baby in the staircase of a circus but soon she outgrew the basket she was in. Eventually she was put inside the circus tent but outgrew it too. Since then she has lead the circus freaks as a performer and might inroll at Monster High.

Character

Appearence

Gooliope is massively tall when compared to other characters. Her skin is pink and has a gooey texture. She has shoulder length curly hair that is golden yellow with pink highlights. There are radioactive warning symbols highlighting her blue eyes.

Personality

She knows a things or two about casketball, due to her increased size.

Timeline

May 19, 2014: Mattel requests the trademark for Gooliope Jellington.
December 31, 2014: Preview photos of the Early 2015 lineup are leaked to the fandom from Swagbucks, revealing Gooliope Jellington.y
February 14, 2015: Gooliope Jellington is officially revealed at New York Toy Fair.

Notes

Her first name is a reference to the name Calliope, the muse of epic poetry in Ancient Greek mythology. A calliope can also be a musical instrument, based on compressed air (in her first release she wears a calliope on her head).
In her doll box, in the Monster Parent section of her bio, it sais she is the daughter of the ..., revealing that either it is a secret until further information is revealed by the franchise, or it is simply unknown what her monster type is.
The radiation symbol in her eyes might imply that she might have been exposed to some kind of radiation at some point in her life.
