Clothes: Moanica sports a black, knee-length, sleeveless dress that goes over her left shoulder. The strap on her left shoulder has a piece of fabric that sticks up on it. Her dress has a pattern featuring lots of dark purple-ish grey, white, and green scribbles on it and some purple paint splashes on her bodice. The bottom of her dress features the same puffy fabric that is on her left shoulder, with the same purple paint splashes as her dress. She has light-pink pumps on that have a brain pattern.
Accessories: She has a light pink belt with a big rose (also light pink) on it, green coffin earrings, and a black glove on her right hand.
Extras: She comes with a black photo-booth mask she can hold.

Doll: Her Hair is in an updo. Her legs are painted white to look like tights.
Clothes: She wears a tutu-dress. It is purple with red brain like patterns, purple diagonal stripes, green plant like patterns and yellow toxic symbols. The top has a green trim. The skirt is ripped at the bottom and has a green mesh layer underneath it and a black mesh layer underneath that.
Accessories: She has a baby pink, crown like hair ornament it features a spine and rib cage and two skeleton hands sitting on top of roses. She wears a pink harness that goes from her neck to her waist. She wears Purple arm bands and purple ballet shoes.
