Musical Locker is a series of licensed merchandise created by IMC Toys. It consists of two groups: the lone, big Musical Locker released in 2011 and the four smaller Mini Musical Lockers released in 2012. The lockers (if treated as closets) are roughly in the same size class as the dolls, so they can be used in doll play.
Musical Locker[]
The Musical Locker, released in Late September, 2011, is a large pink and black locker sized 16.4 x 11.1 x 25.5 cm. It features two upper shelves and two lower drawers, which can be taken out to create four shelves.
The door opens downwards due to the hinges being located on one length. Whenever the door is opened, a creaking sound is produced, followed by part of the Fright Song. Closing the door causes a scream to be produced. The sound system works on two AAA batteries, which are included.
The door closes over a protrusion on the handle side, through which a bar or a padlock can be pushed to keep the door closed. The Musical Locker comes with a padlock and key.
The Musical Locker comes with a sheet of stickers to customize the item with.
Mini Musical Locker[]
The Mini Musical Lockers, released in Late May, 2012, are a set of four lockers themed after Frankie Stein, Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, and Lagoona Blue. They are sized 11.8 x 10.8 x 25.4 cm and feature three shelves each.
The door opens downwards due to the hinges being located on one length. Unlike with the earlier released Musical Locker, the Mini Musical Locker's sound is not dependent on the door opening in closing. Instead, there's a button below the door which can be pushed to produce a scream, followed by part of the Fright Song. The sound system works on two AAA batteries, which are included.
