Bram Devein is a vampire who previously went to Belfry Prep, but now goes to Monster High. He was first introduced in "Fright On!".

Bram has blond hair (which is most likely bleached judging by his dark eyebrows), red eyes, and very pale skin. He wears a red shirt/jacket and tie like the other vampires from Belfry Prep.
