Bram Devein is a vampire who previously went to Belfry Prep, but now goes to Monster High. He was first introduced in "Fright On!".

Bram has blonde hair (which is most likely bleached judging by his dark eyebrows), red eyes, and very pale skin. He wears a red shirt and tie just like all the other vampires from Belfry Prep.

Most of his friends are probably vampires, since he attended Belfry Prep.

He is currently dating Gory Fangtell.

In "Scare-born Infection" after Simon gave Invisi Billy the cooties he turns invisible and passes them to Gory which causes Bram and the others to back away. In "Hiss-Toria," Bram held the speaking role during Spectra's interview. He admitted that "it wasn't easy" coming from an all-vampire school to Monster High, and acknowledging that they had been "a little rude" to the werewolves.
